World Environment Day in the Bag!

Representatives from Woolworths Corowa were at Corowa Public School on World Environment day to present us with 100 re-usable shopping bags. 

Corowa Public School was approached by Woolworths Corowa earlier in the Year with the donation offer and happily accepted. Each bag is printed with an illustration by Ashton Smith, Emma Corboy and Sophie Griffin. The illustrations were submitted as part of a school-wide competition.

Eventually, these bags will be available for purchase and our school community will be advised via our social media platforms.

Helen and Emma from our local Woolies also provided a fresh fruit morning tea for students on Tuesday 5 June, which was timed to coincide with World Environment Day.
