RAGE Program Completion!

Last week, eight CPS students completed the six week RAGE (Re-negotiating Angry & Guilty Emotions) program in which they learned to recognise anger as a normal emotion and the importance of their response to emotions.

Some of the programs focus areas were identifying factors that trigger emotional responses and formulating exit strategies to resolve conflicts in a positive manner.
