Additional learning support

At our school, we ensure every student is ready to learn. We support students with disability and additional learning needs so they can take part in all areas of school life. You do not need a formal diagnosis for your child to receive support in a mainstream class. Support can begin at any stage of school.

"The staff at CPS have become a huge part of our support team. Our child transitioned into the MC class after an escalation in challenging behaviour and difficulty regulating their emotions which led to an ASD diagnosis. Since then CPS have been open to exploring new ways of doing things to ensure our child is included in the learning and extra activities. The staff are great communicators with our family and our childs NDIS therapists. Each day is adapted to suit our child's needs. We could not be more grateful for the ongoing neuro affirming support provided to our child who continues to love school despite their disability.” — a parent of Corowa Public School
